Lapsed planning permission is being re-sought for employment.
In April 2010 Central Beds Council gave the go ahead for offices, general industrial units and storage or distribution units to be built on land adjoining 67 London Road, the A1, in Sandy.
There would have been 163 parking spaces for cars.
But the outline planning permission has now expired so applicant, Kier Ventures, is requesting that it is renewed.
