A firm is celebrating after it won a place in the regional finals of a contest looking for the UK’s top children’s party company.
Sandy company A for Active beat off competition from hundreds of other firms in the contest run by Netmums.com
A for Active is run by mum-of-two Heather Aylett who established the company four years ago.
It provides children’s party entertainment and also classes for pre-school youngsters.
The firm must now battle it out to be crowned the overall winner for the Eastern region.
Voting is now taking place but closes on Friday (August 23).
Heather said: “We’re a small local business so to be in with a chance to win a top national award is fantastic.
“We work hard to provide the best memories for children at their parties, so I would like to ask all the local mums and dads to get behind us, vote for us and make us the Eastern winner!”
To vote for A for Active or to find out more see www.netmums.com and search under the Local to You section for the Party Awards.
Voters are also entered into a prize draw.
