Thousands of visitors are expected to descend on St Andrew’s Church in Biggleswade for the town’s biggest fundraising event.
St Andrew’s Country Fayre is set to take place this year on Saturday, September 21.
As well as being a great day out the event will also raise money for two great causes – Mencap and Biggleswade’s Ivel Valley School to provide support to people with learning needs and difficulties.
Entry to the event is free and there will be various stalls, sideshows, refreshments, entertaining arena events and a grand raffle all on offer throughout the day.
The Fayre will run from 10.30am to 3.30pm.
There will also be a supporting exhibition in St Andrew’s church which will be based on ‘A Toy’s Story’ and will feature toys through the ages.
Mencap is the leading voice for those with learning disabilities including their families and carers.
Ivel Valley School is an Area Special School in Biggleswade for pupils aged from three to 19 years old who have complex learning needs.
They provide a wide range of experience and expertise in addressing the needs of pupils.
